The Ultimate FOREsome Sweepstakes Rules:
  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply.
  2. Entry period: The Ultimate FOREsome Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) commences on January 17, 2012 and ends April 30, 2012. All entries must be received on or before April 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
  3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes Grand Prize is open to all legal residents of the U.S. in the 50 states and Canadian residents who are 21 years of age and older. Daily glove prizes are open to all entrants worldwide. Employees of G/FORE (the “Sweepstakes Party”) are not eligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these rules.
  4. Each entrant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the e-mail account indicated by the entrant's e-mail address. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account is opened.
  5. Prize: Fifty (50) winners will each receive a glove of their choosing from www.g-fore.com and one (1) Grand Prize winner will win a trip for one to Los Angeles, CA, a round of golf at a prestigious Los Angeles golf club with Ricky Barnes, Wayne Gretzky and Mossimo Giannulli, two nights’ hotel accommodations at a 4 star luxury hotel, and a $100 per diem. Winner will be responsible for all gratuities, room service charges, insurance, taxes, telephone charges, and other items not specified in these Official Rules.
  6. Winner Selection: On 50 days of the promotion, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries, and G/FORE will attempt to notify the potential winner within two (2) weeks of the drawing. The Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about May 8, 2012. Fifty-One (51) prizes will be awarded over the course of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted.
  7. By claiming a prize, winner agrees that G/FORE and their respective officers, employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, do not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in this sweepstakes, or from acceptance or use of the prize.
  8. Taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is not transferable, there is no cash alternative, and no substitutions are allowed, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, due to availability and/or other conditions beyond their reasonable control. Sponsors decisions are final with respect to all matters.
  9. Winner Verification: All potential winners will be notified by e-mail. The winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and provide G/FORE with proof of age through valid government picture identification. Winner will also afford G/FORE the right to use winner’s name, likeness, and other rights of publicity without additional compensation for G/FORE’s own promotional purposes. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES, OR ANY REQUIREMENT ABOVE, MAY RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AND ALL PRIZES AND OTHER CONSIDERATION WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
  10. Miscellaneous: The Sweepstakes Party does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, regardless of cause, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Party is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or late entries. The Sweepstakes Party is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Party reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason. In the event it does so, the Sweepstakes Party shall post notice of its action at www.sweepstakes.g-fore.com and shall award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by the Sweepstakes Party are final. THE CALIFORNIA COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
  11. For the names of prizewinners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to The Ultimate FOREsome, c/o Marketing Department 3103 S. La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, California 90016. All requests for a list of winners must be received by May 15, 2012.
